Thought to Ponder
The world is not a depiction;
of what world is really like;
It is a filter;
It is an act of selection;
of things which do strike;
which foreground;
which made a rationalization;
The world is not one;
It merge with;
thousands of interpretation.

Mirror of Yesterday
Mirror of Yesterday
By: Alvin Alonzo
I am sorry for saying yes,
the light that crossed the bottle.
I am sorry for saying go,
Making the water spilled on the castle.
I am sorry for fixing the door,
which had never been broken.
I am sorry for cleaning the window,
full of cracks and crow.
I am sorry for making a house,
not meant to be lived.
I am sorry to make you warm,
then causing you that grief.
I am sorry for yesterday,
Which I always pray.
I am sorry but it is better,
if we had just chose to settle.
I am sorry for can't explain,
You can't forget the pain.
I also felt the same.
We are part of the chain.
We are part of the chain.
I want to caress you,
Hope by this time you knew.
Me and you are one.
Hope by this time you knew.
Me and you are one.
Coz I'm your only guardian.

The Seal
The Seal
By: Alvin C. Alonzo
The soul walks under the rain,
it crashes the solid veins.
The water drops from the heaven.
It pours the face of the unseen.
The soul saw a ghost,
Bold, defined and gold.
The wheels roll on the land,
full of drops and wasps.
They walk until the end.
They went back through the earth,
Touching the sparks of lights,
dancing with furthest sights.
They talk without a sound.
They hear through the grounds.
Caring, tender, and real,
Surreal, baring and chill.
They weren't real,
but the author made them feel.
They feel the warmth of the story,
that they were seal to feel.
Their heart beats,
with the ink of the pen,
Their feet walk through,
the finest paper with gems.
The story has not ended yet ,
but the soul and ghost,
are at its finest thoughts
they are part of the story.
They know they're out of control,
but the story,
they know,
is truly of their own.

Unspoken
Unspoken
By: Alvin Alonzo
Sat on a chair where it is cold,
A glass beside covered with bold.
The foam is soft, totally tough.
I breath a minute for every second.
The bomb exploded slowly, slowly,
Releasing the flakes deeply within.
Relinquished the dim of the genuine feelings.
The chair now covered with dusk and rain.
I hold your back.
I hold your ears.
It's soft as the dusk mixed with the breeze.
It's hard as the rock founded without ease.
The bomb returned into solitude,
Two souls now talk, slowly and hardly.
They whisper the words clearly and calmly,
It is a word of three plus the name of me.
Dusk turns to heaven,
Rain became the cover,
Of the feeling they share,
With this infinity…

Strongest Foe
Strongest Foe
By: Alvin Alonzo
You are not my friend,
You made me smile.
You made me feel,
That I am special.
You are not my friend,
You made me dream.
You made feel,
That it is an inch near.
You are not my friend.
You made me the best.
You made me feel,
That I can do all rest.
You are not my friend.
You never did.
You have never been.
You will never be.
I feel thorough when you are there,
I feel guided when with time you spare,
You are not my friend.
Because you are special,
forever
for me.
for me.
The Death of Sprout
The Death of Sprout
By: Alvin C. Alonzo
Is it the love which start?
Or is it the care it came from?
Never asked but the boy just prayed.
A flower to bloom in summer day.
Is it the light which give the life?
Is it the water which make it grow?
All just happened.
Bloomed in snow.
Is it the person make it right?
Is it the time to say you fight?
I’d never known it all happened.
Just took a snap to make it glow.
One day, it all came dried.
The sprout just died.
When does it die?
When does it say a hard goodbye?
Don’t worry young boy,
It was never vanished,
Sprout converted part of your summer day.
Memories of the sprout,
will forever flourish.
Closer to You
Closer to You
By: Alvin Alonzo
The streets are dark.
Lights are off.
Gush and flush is all you hear,
With this heart pump out of cheer.
Twenty steps far,
He saw nothing but you,
He glanced nothing but a car,
With his heart hardly pumping.
Ten steps far,
It all just opened.
A life anew.
Of mystery and inspiration too.
One inch closer it’s you and me,
Dead air serenades,
But the heart now speaks.
The blues of seas.
Weeks of two already passed,
It was a dream that we met at last.
When I wake up you are still in me.
Dream is better,
with us
forever.
forever.
